An Organization having more than 1 branch is said to be Multi Branch Organization. Bigger Organizations might have 10's of branches spread across the Country. If proper Software Systems are not put in place it will be a nightmare to everyone including the Business Head's.

A Multi Branch Organization should certainly consider centralizing the creation of Titles, Title Hierarchy, Suppliers and other related Masters. This ensures that the creation effort can be concentrated at one branch (usually the HO) thereby reducing the manpower costs for creation of such critical data at branches.

It is necessary that the Masters that are centrally managed should be Auto Replicated to the branches at frequent intervals. Bringing in Human Intervention to do such critical operation will result in failure of process. Auto Replication ensures that the Title information is available and is uniform across branches.
